The GAP Academy, "Home of the Bishops", began as a vision to open a charter school. The idea morphed into a valuable initiative to equip administrators and parents in effectively making their next move. After all, in the game of chess the bishop moves diagonally as far as the player wants it to... and so can you!
Dr. Galbraith provides coaching and one-on-one professional development to fellow administrators. Critical situations, confidential matters, legal dealings and delicate events are common in the fast-paced administrative environment. The GAP Academy gladly provides a safe space for administrators to think, articulate and strategically plan transformational ways to lead schools.
For parents, the GAP Academy provides much-needed mentoring and advice for students and families as they progress through their educational journeys, college and career planning.
